Job Summary
Senior Controller responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, including billing, AR/AP, general ledger, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly statements and management reports; ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance; develop robust internal controls; coordinate month-end and year-end close; identify process improvements; collaborate with external auditors to maintain integrity of financial reporting. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred) and 5-15 years of accounting/financial management experience; strong GAAP knowledge, accounting software proficiency, analytical and communication skills; ability to work with management and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- 5-15 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders
