Job Summary
Senior Controller role at ARCHIMED, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, focused on strengthening the finance organization of a portfolio company. Lead budgeting and long-range financial planning, oversee quarterly forecasts, develop management reporting and dashboards, monitor KPIs across business units, support pricing and margin analysis, and drive profitability and cost-efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with operational teams, participate in M&A integration and ERP/BI implementation projects, and contribute to internal controls and financial governance. Requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency, and excellent business partnering and communication abilities; fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus. International exposure and a direct-t-osenior-leadership environment are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or corporate finance
- Experience in a private equity-backed company is highly valued
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent business partnering and communication abilities
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and financial systems/BI tools proficiency
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
