Job Summary
Lead, train, and mentor co-workers during system start-up and commissioning while independently designing complex control systems, HMI interfaces, and IT network infrastructure. Provide instrumentation specifications, value engineer solutions for cost-effectiveness, and author detailed design documents. Assume ultimate responsibility for assigned projects, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary customer contact to identify scope changes and anticipate needs. Expertly interpret piping and wiring diagrams to provide feedback on field conditions versus drawings. Complete tasks accurately on schedule and under budget while seeking new work opportunities through change orders and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant technical experience
- 10+ years total experience
- 3+ years as Control Systems Project Engineer II or equivalent
- Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is located
- Maintain a valid drivers license
- Fit for Duty at all times
- Overnight travel may be required up to 50%
- On call rotation participation may be required based on location and client needs
