Job Summary
Senior Contractual Services Commercial Manager – NAM/LATAM leads deal teams in proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for complex service agreements across Oil & Gas and power sectors; drives commercial risk assessment, compliance, and tender submissions; develops commercial models, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and risk to deliver value-rich solutions; applies knowledge of LTSA negotiations and OEM services for aeroderivative and heavy-duty gas turbines; travel across the Americas to support customers and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautical preferred) or Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial, contracts, or proposal management roles, ideally within the Oil & Gas, industrial, or power sectors
- Knowledge of LTSAs/lifecycle contract negotiation, commercial risk assessment, and proposal strategy
- Experience with aeroderivative and heavy-duty gas turbines OEM services
- Ability to travel across the Americas
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by influence in a matrix environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several opportunities simultaneously
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel as required across the Americas
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment (employer cannot sponsor work authorization)
