Job Summary
Senior Contracts Manager will draft and negotiate a range of inbound and outbound commercial technology and other contracts (client, partner, and vendor agreements), manage coordination between Salesforce and contract management tooling, collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and cross-functional teams, liaise with clients on contract creation and administration, and provide guidance on contract language, negotiation strategy, and lifecycle management to support revenue and risk objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts related to technology solutions.
- Experience negotiating agreements related to data licensing and protection is a plus.
- Experience with contract management systems is preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, Products, Finance, Human Resources and other internal teams.
- Proven ability to draft, interpret, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Experience in high-growth technology environments is a plus.
