Job Summary

Lead contracts advisor for a portfolio of Intelligence Community programs, providing strategic guidance throughout the business and program lifecycle from capture through closeout. Manage a diverse portfolio of sophisticated government contracts, leading complex negotiations with government and industry partners to achieve favorable business outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships. Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risks while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR, company policy, and applicable laws. Partner with program, capture, and business leaders to develop acquisition strategies that support growth and mission objectives. Collaborate across Contracts, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Program Management organizations to resolve complex challenges and drive successful program execution. Mentor contracts professionals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a BA or Masters degree with 10-15 years of experience, active TS/SCI-CI Poly, and deep knowledge of IC acquisitions and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • BA degree
  • 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience
  • Masters degree
  • 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of government contracts
  • Deep knowledge of subcontracts
  • Deep knowledge of proposal support
  • Experience with a variety of contract types
  • Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR
  • Advanced knowledge of the Federal acquisition environment
  • Experience leading the review and analysis of RFP's
  • Experience preparing compliant and complete Contracts Volumes
  • Experience preparing OCI Plans
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and managing risks
  • Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
  • Strong knowledge of IC Acquisitions and Regulations
  • Experience working with classified contracts
  • Experience working with highly sensitive programs
  • Active TS/SCI-CI Poly

  • Large capture team leadership experience
  • AI implementation experience in contract processes
  • Comprehensive Contracts and Subcontracts knowledge
  • Familiarity with Other Transactions (OTs)

  • Familiarity with commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with non-traditional acquisition approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop contracts professionals
