Job Summary
Senior Contracts Analyst responsible for cradle to grave contract management of a portfolio of U.S. Government prime and subcontracts within the Electronic Systems business area. This role supports proposal development and administers contracts throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policy and regulations. The position requires strong written communication, risk identification and mitigation, and the ability to mentor junior Contracts Administrators. Key duties include proposal support (Solicitation review, gate reviews, BOE development, and drafting proposal conditions/assumptions), proposal submission and negotiation (Truthful Cost or Pricing), contract review and redlining, serving as primary point of contact for large research-to-production contracts and for internal/external customers, maintaining contract files, collaborating with stakeholders on compliant solutions, and cross-functional representation on special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of DoD contracting experience
- experience with cost reimbursement and fixed-price contracts
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- DoD Secret clearance
- preferred: DoD Top Secret clearance, Earned Value Management Systems, MBA/JD or other advanced degree, professional certifications (e.g. CFCM, CPCM)
