Senior Contracts Administrator

Job Summary
Lead administration of complex federal contracts (FFP, cost reimbursement, and Time and Materials) from pre-award through closeout for multiple programs; ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS provisions and agency requirements; interpret contract terms, monitor cost, schedule, funding, and scope, and recommend corrective actions; negotiate and manage NDAs and other contractual instruments; coordinate with Accounting, Subcontracts, Proposal, and Project teams to align contract administration, billing, and reporting; support contract closeout activities and maintain audit-ready contract files; provide guidance to Project Managers and senior leadership on contractual requirements and performance risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, contracts management, finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in Federal Government Contracting, supporting DoD and/or civilian agencies
- Advanced proficiency with Costpoint (contract setup, task order modifications, funding actions, reporting, and closeout)
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations; ability to interpret and apply contractual terms independently
- Proven ability to lead contract administration activities with minimal oversight and to identify risks and propose solutions
- Experience reviewing, negotiating, and advising on NDAs and other non-complex contractual agreements in support of proposals and task orders
- Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management skills; ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to safeguard confidential information
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
