Senior Contracts Administrator- Remote

Job Summary
Senior Contracts Administrator responsible for negotiating and administering contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual agreements; coordinating approvals with management; advising on Data Rights Assertions, IP protection, and FAR/DFARS terms; administering contract terms from proposal to close-out; leading OCI assessments and mitigation; collaborating with subcontracts, purchasing, government property, and accounting; maintaining knowledge of government and commercial contracts; and leveraging remote work experience within an employee-owned organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in government contract administration OR Master’s with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government contract administration OR Minimum of 8 years of experience in government contract administration without a degree
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other government agency supplements
- Must be customer service focused and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan and analyze multiple and complex contract related activities
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and well organized
- Demonstrated leadership ability; ability to take initiative, work a task to completion and deliver results
- Ability to communicate well (both verbal and written), and work collaboratively as team members and/or on an individual basis
- Strong computer and presentation skills
- Costpoint experience a plus
- Pricing, program control, accounting knowledge
- Experience working in a remote environment
