Job Summary
Senior Contracts Administrator responsible for managing contract and commercial functions throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement programs, head/subcontractor agreements, payment claims, variations, project cash flow and cost reporting; ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance; attending site meetings and coordinating documentation; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience delivering commercial construction projects in a contract administration role
- Background working for a head contractor in Australia
- Understanding of head contracts, subcontractor agreements and cost control processes
- Experience with contract administration software, Jobpac preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and risk management
