Job Summary

Coordinate the intake, tracking, and execution of commercial agreements by reviewing submissions for completeness, drafting routine NDAs and amendments, and routing finalized documents through electronic signature tools. Collaborate with procurement to align terms with sourcing requirements, input data into the centralized repository with strict version control, and proactively track milestones, expiration dates, and auto-renewal windows. Direct complex legal or financial issues to internal counsel and assist in organizing templates, uploading legal playbooks, and generating routine reports on pipeline status and turnaround times. Maintain digital corporate records, organize foundational entity documentation, and provide backup support during peak volumes while adhering to shared department guidelines and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Associate's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience handling commercial contracts or corporate legal administration
  • Direct experience working within an in-house corporate legal department
  • Solid understanding of basic commercial contract structures, common clauses, and standard business terminology
  • Familiarity with basic procurement workflows, sourcing strategies, and vendor onboarding processes
  • Understanding of purchasing mechanisms, including the relationship between master agreements, statements of work (SOWs), and purchase orders (POs)
  • Proficiency using and navigating enterprise CLM platforms
  • Proficiency with electronic signature software (like DocuSign) and standard office productivity suites (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
  • Excellent precision when data-entering contract terms, proofreading documents, and tracking critical calendar deadlines
  • Ability to manage your daily task queue with minimal daily oversight and stay on top of open files
  • Ability to follow through on business requests, ensuring contracts move through the pipeline quickly without stalling
  • Ability to shift focus between different types of administrative requests and adapt to changing team priorities
  • Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer
