Job Summary

Senior Contracts Administrator role managing FED and SLED government contracts from creation to closeout, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining Everlaw’s GSA MAS vehicles. Primary liaison with Government Contracting Officers and Procurement Officers; collaborate with Sales to extract intelligence on solicitations and budget cycles; oversee CPARs, SAM.gov registrations, and complex reps & certs. Lead contract lifecycle management, vessel ownership, and compliance infrastructure to ensure readiness for agency awards, including handling eMods, IFF, and NAICS/FAR requirements. Build and scale a public-sector contracting function from the ground up, combining high-level strategy with meticulous administration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract administration
  • Deep knowledge of FAR and SLED procurement regulations
  • Experience with government contracting principles for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models
  • Ability to manage GSA MAS and other vehicle programs
  • Experience with SAM.gov and state-level registrations
  • Ability to review RFIs/RFPs and translate regulatory requirements for internal teams
  • Strong relationship management with Contracting Officers and Procurement Officers
  • Experience with price lists, IFF, and transaction data reporting
  • Audit and compliance mindset with proactive documentation
