Job Summary
Conduct cradle-to-grave federal acquisition support for CDC OAS, including acquisition planning, market research, solicitation development, and negotiation documentation. Prepare award documents, modifications, and de-obligations while managing FPDS reporting and procurement file completion. Assist with pre-proposal conferences, technical evaluations, and source selection recommendations. Maintain digital contract files and provide acquisition advice on terms and conditions. Requires five years of federal contracting experience, FAR knowledge, and FAC-C certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five (5) years of cradle-to-grave federal contracting experience
- Current or previous FAC-C certification, or civilian equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of FAR, HHSAR, federal source selection support, contract administration, procurement documentation, and contract file standards
- Ability to independently prepare, review, and organize acquisition documents and procurement files
- Strong written communication

Desired Qualifications
- Previous CDC Integrated Contract Expert (ICE) experience
- Experience supporting CDC, HHS, OAS, OSSAM, or other federal civilian contracting offices
- Experience with GSA eBuy, SAM.gov, NITACC, NASA SEWP, SBCX, FPDS, and electronic contract file systems
- Experience supporting high-volume procurement environments with PALT/action status reporting
- Experience handling procurement-sensitive information under NDA requirements
