Job Summary
Senior Contract Manager responsible for evaluating contract compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and service orders, and leading cross-functional negotiations to balance customer objectives with business needs. Must independently solve complex problems, influence strategy, and mentor internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities include drafting and executing contracts, developing negotiation strategies with internal partners, building strong relationships, articulating risks and trade-offs, escalating contract language exceptions, and leading projects or initiatives. Requires JD or equivalent legal experience and 3+ years in contracting/negotiations (healthcare experience preferred). Occasional in-office presence in GA, with a commitment to process adherence and cross-functional collaboration to support revenue targets and contracting workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal experience preferred
- 3+ years contracting, negotiating, legal, and/or relevant commercial experience
- Experience in healthcare contracting or healthcare industry
- Ability to manage complex, high-value negotiations and commercial strategy
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven success in independent complex problem solving
- Experience leading projects or key initiatives
- Willingness to occasionally be in the GA office (as described)
