Job Summary
Advise project teams and management on contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities within complex energy and infrastructure projects. Support the drafting, review, and management of contracts, including UAV-GC and RAW agreements, while guiding complex civil law and environmental law issues. Monitor contractual performance and compliance, manage contract variations, claims, and additional or less work. Assist with tendering and contract negotiations, and coordinate contract documentation and reporting. This role focuses on optimizing contractual frameworks for successful project realization within Hanab's energy transition initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding
- Minimaal acht jaar werkervaring
- Kennis en ervaring in civiel- en/of omgevingsrecht
- Ervaring met contractmanagement binnen energie, infra, techniek of bouw
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur in Rechten of Bedrijfskunde
- Ervaring binnen de techniek of bouw
- Engels
- Aantoonbare ervaring met contractmanagement
