Job Summary
Advise project teams and management on contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities within complex energy and infrastructure projects. Support the drafting, review, and management of contracts, including UAV-GC and RAW agreements, while guiding complex civil and environmental law issues. Monitor contractual performance and compliance, manage contract variations, claims, and additional work. Assist with tenders and negotiations, and coordinate contract documentation and reporting. This key role supports the energy transition through challenging projects across the full breadth of Hanab's operations.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding
- Minimaal acht jaar werkervaring
- Kennis en ervaring in civiel- en/of omgevingsrecht
- Ervaring met contractmanagement binnen energie, infra, techniek of bouw
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Desired Qualifications
- bij voorkeur in Rechten of Bedrijfskunde
- aantoonbare ervaring met contractmanagement
