Job Summary
Senior Contract Manager to support EPC project teams on contractual issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, manage and drive Change Order execution, pursue insurance recoveries, and coordinate with sourcing and project managers to ensure timely contract deliverables. Responsibilities include contract analysis and drafting, negotiations, managing documentation and back-up records for delays and claims, presenting claims mitigation to customers, and overseeing project handoffs from sales to project management. Requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of contracts management experience in EPC Power Plants, plus strong negotiation and communication skills; Spanish language ability is preferred and travel to US and Latin America project sites may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 6+ years of experience in Contracts Management, EPC Power Plants, or similar
- Ability to travel to US and Latin America project sites if needed
- Contract reading and writing experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
