Job Summary
Lead contracts on high-priority, complex programs by owning the full lifecycle from solicitation through closeout. Manage end-to-end activities including drafting, redlining, and negotiating terms while reviewing and assessing risk across agreements. Advise leadership on contract risk and commercial impact, and lead or support negotiations with customers and partners. Collaborate with Program Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Legal to solve complex issues and implement Lean process improvements. Apply FAR/supplement knowledge where relevant, or leverage strong commercial/international contracting experience. Solve tricky problems with sound judgement while building relationships across internal and external teams. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in contracts management, negotiation, and administration in a complex business
- Strong grasp of contract law and terms and conditions
- Track record of reviewing, redlining, and assessing risk on agreements
- Experience advising senior leaders on contract and business risk
- FAR/government contracting knowledge
- Strong commercial/international contracting experience
- Great communicator who can influence across teams without formal authority
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving tricky problems
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
- Right to work in the UK
