Job Summary
Draft and negotiate master trading agreements and specific contracts governing physical and financial energy commodity transactions, minimizing client credit, legal, and operational risks while ensuring compliance with Dodd-Frank regulations and internal policies. Design, develop, and maintain Master Agreements, provisions, and templates aligned with client credit, treasury, and legal standards. Manage workflow systems for tracking agreement status, upload documents to the client database, and generate accurate reports. Engage effectively with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Settlements teams to discuss documentation issues and assist in special projects involving novation, modification, or termination of agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Heavy ISDA experience in the Energy Industry
- ISDA w/gas and power Annex experiences
- Dodd-Frank knowledge
- Experience working with standard industry trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, NGL NAESB, EEI, Gas NAESB, IECA's)
- Experience with frequently used General Terms and Conditions
- Experience with assignments and novation's
- High knowledge of the Dodd-Frank requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Valid working rights for the specified country
