Job Summary
Senior Contract Analyst responsible for leading pricing and contracting strategies across US customer contracts, collaborating with sales, legal, pricing, and marketing; analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform pricing decisions; managing the lifecycle of negotiated contracts from strategy to implementation; targeting renewals and price increases; ensuring compliance with laws and company policies; requiring in-person onsite collaboration at two US locations (Lafayette, CO and Minneapolis, MN) with a minimum onsite commitment of four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience OR an Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience
- Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Process improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
