Job Summary
Senior Contract Analyst at LabConnect responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating confidentiality agreements, client and vendor services agreements, procurement agreements, statements of work, work orders, amendments, and related contracts. Interpret financial, legal, and operational terms; independently manage day-to-day agreements; guide colleagues for timely contract execution; ensure policy compliance; collaborate cross-functionally; administer the contract lifecycle management platform, templates, playbooks, and intake processes; lead change-management initiatives to drive organizational efficiency; support strategic planning and department initiatives; liaise between internal stakeholders and external clients/vendors; maintain contract tracking and status reporting; build strong stakeholder relationships to drive project progress. Education: Bachelor’s degree; 4-7 years of relevant contract administration experience; pharmaceutical industry/CRO experience preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and contract management systems; ability to interpret complex contract terms and manage risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing related discipline
- 4-7 years contract administration or related experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a contract research organization and/or research setting preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a substitute
