Job Summary
Senior Contract Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson in Titusville, NJ with potential remote work on a case-by-case basis. You will process contract requests, ensure HCC requirements are met, enter requests into eMarketPlace/CMx, support vendor enrollments in APEX, manage Totality/Request Navigator transactions and HCC approvals, monitor contract renewals and PO funding, maintain contract systems (NTCMS/SharePoint), and provide contract metrics and compliance oversight. Required are a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and experience with ARIBA, APEX, Totality, Request Navigator, SharePoint, and MS Office. Strong communication, relationship-building, budgeting, and team collaboration skills are essential. Preferred skills include Business Data Analysis, BPM, Negotiation, RFx Management, and Vendor Management. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with ARIBA, APEX, Totality, Request Navigator, SharePoint
- MS Office proficiency
