Job Summary
Senior Contract Analyst position in Titusville, NJ responsible for processing contract requests, entering data into eMarketPlace/CMx, creating vendor enrollments in APEX, and ensuring HCC requirements are met. Partners with business teams; provides status updates, generates metrics on contract processing and cycle times, and monitors contract renewals and PO funding. Requires experience with ARIBA, APEX, Totality, Request Navigator, SharePoint; familiarity with UAT processes; ability to manage documentation in NTCSM and participate in cross-system updates. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills are essential for success in this procurement-focused role within the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area and Johnson & Johnson environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field (or equivalent)
- Experience with ARIBA, APEX, Totality, Request Navigator, SharePoint and MS Office
- Ability to develop strong business relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to monitor budgets and funding; contract renewal dates; compliance issues
