Job Summary
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement while providing guidance on contract interpretation and compliance. Maintain accurate records tracking key milestones and assist in developing contract management processes to optimize efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree, prior contract administration experience, and strong analytical skills. Approximately 5% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry
- Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
