Job Summary

Conduct initial reviews of contracts, agreements, and amendments to identify compliance concerns, incomplete terms, and potential risks across vendor, grant, and service agreements. Serve as the primary facilitator for contract intake, routing, and administration, creating workflows with Legal, Finance, HR, and program leadership. Support procurement processes including bid documentation, vendor selection, and Requests for Proposals while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and private funding requirements. Provide guidance to staff on contractual obligations and organizational policies, fostering collaborative relationships with funders and community partners. Submit a cover letter and resume to Kim Williams, Vice President of Human Resources by Monday, June 8, 2026. This role supports Catholic Community Services of Western Washington's mission to serve vulnerable populations through justice and equity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, grants management, compliance, or related roles
  • Solid understanding of contract administration and legal processes
  • Experience reviewing and administering contracts and procurement activities in excess of $400,000,000 in a nonprofit, public sector or healthcare organization
  • Familiarity with grant-funded agreements and nonprofit funding requirements, including Uniform Guidance / 2 CFR Part 200
  • Ability to identify contractual risk areas and escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex contractual language to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems
  • Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services and a knowledge of and commitment to working within the Social Teaching of the Catholic Church
  • Support and contribute to a creative, collaborative and respectful environment that promotes teamwork
  • Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations
  • Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (Juris Doctor or Master's in Law)
  • Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCCM, CPPB, CGMS, or Paralegal certification
  • Experience supporting federal, state, or foundation-funded programs
  • Experience with procurement and competitive solicitation processes
  • Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance requirements
  • Experience developing policies, templates, and process improvements
