Job Summary
Senior Content Specialist focused on English-language marketing messaging, blog management, and content strategy aligned to IT/B2B domains. Responsibilities include creating marketing and sales materials in English based on competitive advantages, developing and managing the corporate blog, gathering business requirements to inform content strategy, producing case studies, collaborating closely with sales to tailor materials, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery, and contributing to content-process improvements using AI/LLM tools. Requires 5+ years in B2B marketing (IT domain and English-language markets preferred), experience with content strategy and sales funnels, proficiency with WordPress and analytics tools, strong cross-functional collaboration, and advanced English (C1). Hybrid role with in-office presence in Gliwice 2–3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- min. 5 years of experience in marketing in a B2B context
- experience building content strategies aligned with sales funnels and SEO/LLM requirements
- ability to create attractive and professional marketing materials
- experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, GSC, Semrush, SureferSEO, PowerBI and related tools
- strong collaboration skills with sales teams
- ability to organize work and adapt to changing contexts
- experience using AI tools for content creation and advanced prompt engineering
- proficiency in English at an advanced level (min. C1)
