Job Summary
Senior Content Specialist within Allens' Brand, Marketing and Communications team responsible for developing high-quality written and spoken content including flagship thought leadership, speeches, profiles, and market-facing communications. Acts as a centre of excellence for content execution, coaching colleagues to shape ideas into clear outputs, ensuring accuracy and brand voice through proofreading and quality control, and building in-house rich media capabilities including video and audio formats. Leads end-to-end video content development with hands-on or agency-led execution, translates strategy and complex ideas into polished content across channels, explores AI-enabled tools to improve workflows while maintaining oversight, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with brand and reputational goals. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working structure (roughly 60% in the office and 40% from home) and flexible arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in content, communications, editorial or marketing roles
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills
- Experience with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro) or strong working knowledge
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Curious and practical approach to AI-enabled tools for content workflows
