SENIOR CONTENT PRODUCER_ Temporal

Senior Content Producer leads the development, production and distribution of premium content across sport, culture, motorsports, gaming and brand. The role combines creative sensibility, strategic vision and operational leadership — acting as the connective tissue between creative, production, programming, communications, social media and international stakeholders. End-to-end project leadership: manage large-scale content projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment across creativity, production, distribution, and strategic objectives within budget and editorial/production standards. Production & workflow management: oversee end-to-end production workflows from shoots to asset delivery, managing relationships with production companies, agencies, creators, athletes, artists, and partners. Creative development & storytelling: shape narratives from concept to execution with a producer’s instinct for structure, hooks, pacing, and format. Cross-functional coordination: connect multiple workstreams across teams while maintaining overall strategy. Stakeholder management: serve as senior point of contact for local and global stakeholders. Marketing & communications strategy: collaborate to develop high-impact communication strategies aligning editorial vision with business objectives. 5+ years of experience in content, media, production, editorial, marketing or digital storytelling environments and deep knowledge of production processes and social platforms.
