Job Summary
Own end-to-end content operations for market-related content and leverage related content to enhance user experience and promo conversions. Monitor real-time financial markets and crypto trends; translate movements into timely, accurate, and engaging content. Drive content projects across stakeholders from brief to launch with tight timelines and high quality. Build a data-driven content feedback loop to track engagement and iterate quickly. Apply AI tools to scale content output from ideation to localization and personalization. Collaborate with PM and engineering to define content-related product features; develop content strategies aligned with onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of content operations experience in financial/investment platforms or similar domains
- Strong understanding of market trends and investor language
- Project management experience across cross-functional teams
- Data fluency and ability to interpret metrics
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate workflows
