Job Summary
Senior Content Marketing Manager will ghost-write and co-create thought leadership with Crescendo's CEO and leadership, commission original research and data stories (e.g., State of AI CX), build campaigns around product launches, and own industry content across banking/finance/healthcare/retail verticals. You will lead webinar programs, develop customer stories and case studies, coordinate live events and repurposing into blogs, clips, emails, and sales assets, collaborate with the VP of Product Marketing to ensure messaging reflects buyer sentiment, measure impact on share of voice and pipeline, and drive content strategies that influence deals. The role requires 6-8 years in B2B tech content marketing, a portfolio of published thought leadership, strong AI fluency, the ability to work with subject matter experts to translate complex topics for non-technical buyers, and a proven track record of tying content to sales outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years in B2B content marketing, ideally at a technology company in a category-creation or high-growth phase
- A portfolio of work you're proud of — thought leadership, research reports, campaign content, case studies
- Genuine AI fluency and daily use of AI tools
- Strong editorial instincts and ability to extract insight from technical subject matter experts
- Experience owning a webinar or event content program
- Track record of connecting content decisions to pipeline outcomes
- Ability to ghost-write for executives and match distinct voices
