Job Summary
Own the editorial calendar and content roadmap end to end, from strategy to execution. Monitor performance metrics to iterate quickly on what works. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Head of Marketing within a small, fast-moving team at our Torrance headquarters.

- Strong editorial judgment, with the instinct to know what's worth shipping and what isn't
- Experience directing and briefing freelance or contract talent, not just producing everything yourself

- Comfortable moving fast in an environment where priorities shift and most people wear more than one hat
- This is a full-time, on-site role at our Torrance headquarters
