Job Summary

Senior Content Manager to lead content strategy and delivery across N2O and its retail partnership sub-brands; shape narratives for pitches, tenders and new business, manage a senior editorial function, and ensure content across thought leadership, brand storytelling, campaigns, emails, case studies, and website copy stays aligned with commercial objectives. Will line-manage the Senior Digital & Social Executive, collaborate with Head of Marketing & Communications, Client Development, Strategy, Creative and Operations; drive content performance through SEO, GA4 andWebflow, and leverage AI tools to increase velocity while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a content calendar, producing high-quality content across multiple formats, translating briefs into persuasive responses, developing credentials and proof points, and supporting internal communications while upholding consistency and brand alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Essential: Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Essential: Strong commercial acumen; able to understand what makes content persuasive in a new business, pitch or client-growth context, and connect content activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Essential: Proven experience in a senior content, editorial or marketing role, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.
  • Essential: Experience providing narrative input into pitches, tenders, proposals or commercially focused submissions.
  • Essential: Strategic thinking: able to shape content strategy (not just execute it), connect messaging to audience needs, business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Essential: Strong ideas-generation and planning abilities; confident taking a brief, finding the angle and building a narrative.
  • Essential: Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.
  • Essential: Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to gather information, challenge inputs, and shape stronger outputs.
  • Essential: Pragmatic and productive mindset, with a willingness to use AI and digital tools to improve speed, structure and quality.
  • Essential: Strong attention to detail, consistency and brand alignment.
