Senior Content Management Analyst

Lead the production editorial workflow for front list titles and journal content, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact between authors, editors, and external vendors to coordinate activities and resolve queries. Own cost estimates for frontlist books and journals for P&L planning, while identifying, onboarding, and training new vendors and freelancers. Manage content workflows through constant communication with publishing managers, editorial boards, and peer-review coordinators to ensure timely delivery. Prepare style sheets, copy-editing guidelines, and editorial standards, and maintain live production trackers to monitor milestones. Supervise end-to-end production including manuscript handling, typesetting, and proof corrections, while overseeing template designs, page budgets, and visual assets. Ensure rigorous quality control across books and journals, manage publication budgets and vendor payments, and maintain proper archival and record management.
