Job Summary
Senior Content Designer to drive scalable knowledge management and content governance for Autodesk's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team. Role involves building scalable knowledge management approaches across internal organizations, developing tools and workflows for optimized knowledge use in AI-powered employee experiences, creating content standards and governance models for consistent voice, applying information architecture to enable reusable and connected experiences, crafting UI text and in-product messaging to guide users, partnering to align knowledge management efforts across internal content creators, and conducting research to define measurable success (content quality, reuse, findability, effectiveness). Preferred qualifications include experience with modular CMS platforms (Contentful, Brightspot, Storyblok) and applying generative AI to content development; portfolio demonstrating expertise in knowledge-centered methodologies and content delivery across omnichannel experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing high-quality, in-product content experiences
- experience implementing knowledge management strategies for software applications and teams
- broad knowledge of information architecture principles (taxonomy, hierarchy, structure)
- experience with modular content management systems (Contentful, Brightspot, Storyblok)
- portfolio demonstrating knowledge-centered methodologies, data-driven decision making, and content strategy
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute complex initiatives
- experience with AI in content development and maintenance (preferred)
- content modeling and metadata schema design (preferred)
