Job Summary
Write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver commercial, branded, digital, and promotional content across assigned markets while maintaining high standards for storytelling, visual quality, and brand consistency. Own complex projects from concept through final delivery, including scripting, pre-production, field production, editing, graphics, audio, revisions, and exports. Coordinate production details with client services, strategists, project managers, and sales teams to balance deadlines, priorities, and client expectations. Provide creative leadership by mentoring Content Creators, offering constructive feedback on scripts and edits, and translating client needs into clear creative direction. Adapt quickly to changing production needs, urgent deadlines, and shifting priorities while collaborating across teams to ensure reliable delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, creative services, video production, post-production, digital content, agency work, or a related field
- Ability to independently lead polished commercial, branded, digital, or promotional content from concept through delivery
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, graphics, audio, client approvals, revisions, and final export
- Ability to lift, carry, and move production equipment as needed
- Valid driver license
- Good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro
- Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or similar tools
- Familiarity with digital video, social media content, OTT/CTV advertising, branded content, and multi-platform campaign production
- Experience providing creative feedback, mentoring teammates, or helping guide production quality
- Comfort working in project management systems
- Adobe Workfront experience
