Job Summary
The Senior Content and Proposal Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing proposal submissions in response to customer requests, leading a cross-functional team, and advising senior leadership on key decisions. Key responsibilities include overseeing RFIs/RFPs management, creating and editing proposal documents, and maintaining the content management software. Candidates must possess advanced communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. A requirement of 7+ years of experience in cross-functional team coordination and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of work experience
- Proven ability in planning and coordinating cross-functional teams through kick-off meetings, storyboarding sessions, key review meetings, proposal governance, and document production and delivery of the completed proposal
