Job Summary
Manage pipeline prioritization and stakeholder communications while reviewing underwriting conditions and analyzing title, insurance, and collateral documentation. Drive loans from application through closing and funding, performing quality control reviews to ensure policy compliance. Identify risks, resolve obstacles, and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members within the Home Equity operation. This role requires 2-4 years of loan processing experience and involves working in-office at HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown Honolulu. You will collaborate with underwriters, branch teams, and borrowers to deliver accurate, timely results.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in loan processing or equivalent related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline
- Strong Title and Lien Review knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Recent HELOC Processing experience
- Frontline experience as a Teller or in Personal Banking
