Job Summary
Senior Consumer Insights Research Manager leading consumer insights across Consumer and Brand Marketing. Build and own the insights roadmap, design end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies (including brand tracking, focus groups, interviews, surveys), stand up and scale a brand health tracking program, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for ICs to executives. Emphasis on translating ambiguous questions into sharp insights, leveraging AI tools to accelerate synthesis, and shaping decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-adjacent consumer tech context. In-office role with a Foster City, CA base and a set in-office schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri).
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of consumer insights or market research experience
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research end to end
- Experience standing up or significantly scaling a research function
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using survey platforms, statistical significance, and data analysis
- Experience with brand health tracking, competitive perception research, and campaign/creative effectiveness measurement studies
- AI-native: actively using AI tools to scale research output, accelerate synthesis, or surface patterns
- Impeccable communication and storytelling to translate dense research into actionable findings
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver findings quickly
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City, CA)
