Job Summary
Senior Consumer Experience Representative to represent Realtor.com® in a hybrid/in-office role (Scottsdale, AZ). Responsibilities include handling 300+ inbound/outbound calls daily to identify client real estate needs, conducting thorough discovery to match consumers with real estate professionals, providing white-glove service, and ensuring effective problem-solving and communication. Must work collaboratively in a high-performance environment, be tech-savvy with CRM and soft phone tools, and demonstrate resilience in high-volume settings. The role emphasizes customer-centric engagement, relationship-building with premium customers, and contributing to an open, inclusive culture. The schedule is hybrid with some late-evening/weekend shifts; English fluency is required with Spanish as a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent high-volume, metrics-driven environment
