Job Summary
Join Stanford Federal Credit Union as a Senior Consumer Compliance Manager responsible for managing the Consumer Compliance Program, including expertise in mortgage compliance, credit card compliance, and consumer protection. Lead a team of compliance professionals while ensuring adherence to various state and federal laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and or formal industry certifications
- Eight to ten years’ compliance experience
- Solid understanding of credit union and financial services laws and regulations
- Strong ability in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs
- Familiarity with Compliance Management Systems
- Skilled in performing second line review and challenge
- Strong understanding of federal credit union regulations
- Experience in working with business units
- Proficient in risk identification, assessment, and management
