Job Summary
Oversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and meeting Customer expectations. Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align success plans, translate vision into clear goals, and coordinate scoping with inter-departmental and account teams. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard software while adopting AI tools to improve planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery efficiency. Monitor progress to manage risks and oversee external resources, including contracting, delivery, and invoicing. Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees, participating in account team meetings and customer business reviews. Based in Krakow, Poland with a hybrid arrangement, this role requires 5-10 years of PM experience in Professional Services/Consulting within IT or AEC/MFG industries.
Required Qualifications
- Working proficiency in English and another European language
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within the IT or AEC/MFG industry
- Experience in customer-facing roles and enjoying building customer relationships
- A structured and organized approach, setting clear goals and delivering value processes and compliance
- Comfort managing several projects in parallel
- Appreciating an environment with frequent change and novelty
- A clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field
- Demonstrating team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, documentation, project planning, reporting, or decision support
- Demonstrating curiosity and commitment to developing AI literacy and applying AI responsibly in a professional services environment
- Being based in commutable distance to the office in Krakow, Poland
- Being available for a hybrid workplace arrangement
- Being able to adopt AI enabled ways of working
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices through the responsible use of AI tools
- Reporting into a Manager of the Project Management team as an individual contributor
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or other project management certifications
- SAFe, Scrum or other agile certification
