Job Summary
Senior Consultant Workforce & HR Transformation at PwC working with clients in the Netherlands to optimize workforce planning, skills-based work, strategic talent management, HR operating models, and the use of data & AI in HR. Responsibilities include guiding transformations, building workforce analytics, redefining HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, talent and performance management), redesigning roles within HR to align with organizational goals, developing business cases with ROI/scenario analyses, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting business development. Requires a university master’s degree, several years of experience as an internal/external HR/people & organization advisor, and fluent Dutch and English. Standplaats: Amsterdam with work for clients across the Netherlands. Hybrid working is offered where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, HR, organizational sciences, economics)
- Several years of work experience as an internal or external HR/people & organization advisor in a dynamic environment
- Ability to analyze complex issues creatively and translate into measurable solutions
- Strong social and communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently and in diverse teams, and coach colleagues on the job
