Job Summary
Senior Consultant collaborates with operational leaders to advance system- and department-level workforce strategies. Leads project rollouts in areas such as leadership development, leadership pipeline growth, employee engagement, recruitment and retention, performance management, and staff development. Conducts in-depth analysis of workforce data and proactively identifies issues and solutions. Serves as a trusted advisor to implement HR policies, maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to people management, and build strong relationships with leaders and HR teams. Travel is expected at 5%, with hybrid remote-work guidelines and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- 5 years HR experience
