Job Summary
Manage project resources, timelines, and costs while identifying critical paths to drive quality execution for Veeva application lifecycle delivery. Serve as the bridge between internal stakeholders, software development teams, and end-user clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and limit rework. Lead the implementation and successful delivery of the China CRM AI Agent, acting as a liaison during development and test procedures. Create requirement traceability matrices from test procedures back to specifications and deliver commercial solutions in the life science field, including analysis of customer demands and pre-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or life Science Industry
- Above 8 years' experience in IT or system management role
- More than 3 years' experience in the Life Sciences
- More than 5 years' experience in customer facing experience
- Familiar with mainstream AI technologies
- Knowledge in product implementation process
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Open minded and team spirit; excellent innovation capability
- Smart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Commercial and business awareness
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Excellent facilitator and communicator
- Familiar with agile processes and how to work well with a scrum team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CRM or Events products/solutions
