Job Summary
Manage project resources, timelines, and costs while identifying critical paths to drive delivery and ensure quality execution for Veeva applications across Life Sciences clients. Serve as the bridge between internal stakeholders, product teams, and software development groups to gather business and technical requirements that limit rework. Lead the implementation and successful delivery of the China CRM AI Agent, acting as a liaison during the development of software requirements, designs, and test procedures. Write and maintain documentation for technical and non-technical audiences, including Requirement Traceability Matrices derived from test procedures back to customer specifications. Provide proposals to resolve customer demands in the commercial life science delivery process and support the pre-sales phase. This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences, with over 8 years in IT/system management, 3+ years in Life Sciences, and 5+ years of customer-facing experience. Familiarity with mainstream AI technologies, agile processes, and scrum teams is essential. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or life Science Industry
- Above 8 years' experience in IT or system management role
- More than 3 years' experience in the Life Sciences
- More than 5 years' experience in customer facing experience
- Familiar with mainstream AI technologies
- Knowledge in product implementation process
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Open minded and team spirit; excellent innovation capability
- Smart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Commercial and business awareness
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Excellent facilitator and communicator
- Familiar with agile processes and how to work well with a scrum team
