Job Summary
Senior Consultant will lead end-to-end deployment of an enterprise PMIS to support governance-driven project delivery. Responsible for translating governance frameworks, workflows, templates, KPIs, and reporting requirements into a fully configured PMIS ecosystem; acts as the strategic/technical integrator between governance design, technology architecture, system vendors, and project delivery teams to establish the PMIS as the single source of truth for project and programme management. Key duties include building governance frameworks (RASCI, DoA, stage gates, templates, KPIs, reporting); defining PMIS implementation roadmaps with data migration, integration, testing, and rollout; configuring PMIS modules (Project Controls, Cost, Schedule, Risk & Issues, Change Management, Procurement & Contract Management, Document Control/CDE, Reporting & Dashboards); ensuring workflows reflect DoA thresholds and approval routing; enabling governed templates and data fields; managing system integrations and data migration with data lineage tracking; leading stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management; overseeing QA, testing, deployment, post-go-live support; and ensuring KPI-driven dashboards and governance-aligned reporting. The role requires extensive experience with PMIS for capital projects, strong governance and enterprise PMO background, and proficiency in integration architecture, document control, and BIM-enabled workflows, with GCC-region experience highly advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience implementing PMIS solutions for capital projects or large programmes
- Experience with platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, PMWeb, Aconex, Procore, InEight, EcoSys, or similar
- Strong background in project controls, governance frameworks, workflow design, and enterprise PMO operations
- Experience working in the GCC region is highly advantageous
- Technical Skills: workflow automation, structured templates, and KPI frameworks
- Integration architecture (API, ETL, middleware)
- Document control and CDE environments
- Familiarity with BIM-enabled workflows is an advantage
- Soft Skills: excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor performance
- High adaptability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
