Job Summary
Execute pragmatic financial due diligence investigations and compile corresponding reports to support valuation decisions during dynamic M&A transactions. Facilitate frequent client interactions while mentoring junior colleagues through on-the-job training to drive team growth. Leverage analytical thinking and soft skills to contribute to the success of BDO Transaction Services, fostering a culture of professional development and human connection within our Utrecht-based team.
Required Qualifications
- Analytisch denkvermogen
- Een afgeronde WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur met een financiële, economische/econometrische, data analytics of bèta achtergrond
- 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in financieel due diligence
- Een teamplayer bent die beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels
