Senior Consultant | Sustainability

Senior Consultant to deliver ESG, climate and risk advisory projects for Energy and Natural Resources clients; responsibilities include ESG gap assessments against IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles 4 (EP4), carbon accounting and emissions profiling across Scope 1, 2 and 3 (including NGERS and NPI compliance reporting), decarbonisation advisory for safeguard facilities (baseline emissions calculations, future emissions modelling and SMC forecasts), and Climate Change Risk Assessments aligned to TCFD and ASRS AASB S2 climate disclosure requirements. Also provide project and ESG implementation support (document management, stakeholder meetings and client-ready reports). Requires experience delivering ESG and climate advisory services, working knowledge of carbon accounting and Australian regulatory frameworks, exposure to ESG frameworks (TCFD, IFC, EP), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication for producing client-ready documentation.
