Facilitate annual strategic plans, workforce performance analysis, and monthly dashboard reporting for Business Services and Strategy departments. Manage for-profit business entities, property management, and retail locations while evaluating merger feasibility and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Partner with the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer to implement enterprise-wide strategies using agile methodologies and artificial intelligence, anticipating policy changes and optimizing internal customer service scores. Drive asset enhancement projects to increase rental and capital value, collaborate with legal and finance on business transactions, and develop long-term relationships with governing agencies and local economic commissions. Work primarily from home with occasional on-site requirements in Green Bay or La Crosse, WI.
