Senior Consultant (Strategy & Data/AI Transformation)

Job Summary
Senior Consultant blending strategy consulting with data/AI innovation to help clients reshape business models, governance, and roadmaps. Responsibilities include strategy development with client leadership, structured problem-solving using established frameworks, end-to-end project delivery from hypothesis to implementation roadmaps, close collaboration with C-level stakeholders and business-unit leaders, and contributing to the Lausanne office through knowledge-building and practice development. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience, strong quantitative & analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and English fluency (French/German a plus); work eligibility in Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or business analyst roles
- Knowledge of data and digital technologies (analytics, AI, ML concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms)
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; experience creating presentations/reports
- Fluency in English; French/German a strong plus
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
